DROMe participated in the second edition of the ‘Fashion Bridges – I Ponti della Moda’ project launched in 2021 by the Embassy of Italy in Pretoria, in partnership with the Italian fashion school Polimoda in Florence and Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI), in close collaboration with the South African Fashion Week and the support of the Italian Trade Agency in Johannesburg, the Centro di Firenze per la Moda Italiana and Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence.
Creative Director Marianna Rosati was selected by Polimoda and CNMI to present the DROMe Spring Summer Collection 2023 to the South African Fashion Week, with a fashion show that took place in Johannesburg. A special fashion event took also place in Cape Town the following week, where the Collection was presented at the Residence of the Ambassador of Italy.
